Warranty Service

Warranty service will be executed by EPM Performance Imports at:

77 Pension Rd. Ste. 16 
Manalapan, NJ 07726.

At this time we can only provide warranty service on products we sell directly or through our authorized dealer network when the dealer actually purchased the shock from us.  We will need a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt. If you did not obtain your shock from us we will be pleased to fix if for a reasonable fee.

In the rare event you should need warranty service we pride ourselves on our fast response. Most repairs are completed and posted for shipping in less then 5 business days. If something unusual happens to prevent us from meeting this deadline we will promptly inform you of the cause and when we expect to return your shock. 

Please call us with a any problems you have and discuss how to proceed.

If you send the shock to us, please include a brief description of the problem, your name, return address, phone number, email address, copy of original invoice, credit card number and exportation date for return shipment. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

It is our goal to have a number of service stations across the US, to be able to service our increasing customer base better and more convenient to the customer. Names and locations will be published here when the time comes.
